Paul Vercammen
I grew up on a small vegetable farm, ran by my parents. It’s here I had my first experiences with horses.
When growing older, I bought my first own dressage horse. With this horse I started competing at the LRV tournaments.
I also started breeding with this horse, and the small studfarm ‘Van’t Nieuwland’ was born. I have bred several beautiful and good moving foals with this mare and her daughters.
At a certain point, a very busy job made me to downsize numbers and I also had to quit riding.
Now I try to ride as often as possible and if I have some spare time, I visit the miniature horse shows where Annebet is participating. I still have a great interest in dressage horses and breeding.
I also was a part of the organizing team of Equus, and now I will do all the best for this great new show, equuSpirit!
